Shipping

We are shipping Worldwide!

International Shipping cost is 5'99€ on any order. 

Shipping in Spain is Free on all orders.

We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding public holidays. EDELINO is not responsible for shipments lost in the mail. 

For Spanish orders, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 4 days. For international orders, it may vary depending on the country and the customs management. 

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, local taxes and any other fees charged by your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by EDELINO. We ship international packages DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs and for your to receive your package. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.  

Returns

In order to return an item, you MUST first email us at customerservice@edelino.com to receive a confirmation.

EDELINO accepts returns within 14 days (30 days for international orders) of the original purchase date. If this time limit has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition with the price tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive the returned merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@edelino.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you receive any defective items, please contact us at customerservice@edelino.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

Shipping of returned items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
